Any worth going to.  I'm from Des Moines and tired of the fair grounds and Adventureland.  What are the other shows like in the state or within a 2 hr drive?  How big compared to the fair grounds?  What is Cedar Rapids like?

There is a gun show in Cedar Rapids this weekend, it is supposed to be the "largest around."  I have looked for this gunshow on all the sites I know about and it isn't even listed but there are billboards all over here in CR.  I will be going here in a few minutes.  Never been to any in Des Moines so I can't compare.

Let me know if it's worth my drive from Des Moines.  I'm looking for a complete AR or complete lower for a good price.  How many tables/ vendors do you think there are.

I haven't gone yet, but I will get some prices.

I looked at the prices of ARs but I don't know what a good price is on them since I usually build my own.

There was a 9mm colt preban but didn't ask how much.  Also also was a preban a2 forget the brand for 1050, it was at Cedar Valley outfitters table, I get transfers there.

Don't know how many tables there were but it was the biggest I have seen in that building.  Usually they setup just the middle and leave 100' at the end of the building empty but this time it was the whole thing.  

I bought a yugo sks for $130 I thought that was a good deal.  Now I have to read how to clean it.

What time does the show open on Sunday?  Thanks for the info on the show.

Do you know where it is at?

It is at the Cedar Rapids exhibition center.

It is located at 4500 Wilson Ave.  If you are comeing on highway 30 you need to take the highway 151 exit and turn left (north).  Turn left onto Wiley at the first light.  Turn left on to Wilson at the next light and the exhibition center will be on your right.

I always pull into the first driveway and park in the back.

Would have to have a lot of accy for a Plinker to be worth 850. The rifle alone should sell for about $550 cause it's the turd gun of the AR world.

I went to one Cedar Rapids show at that place, It was a Rex Kehrli show, do not know what this one is. Rex tends to attract more flea market than other promotors. Was definatly better than Sioux City shows but not as big as the DesMoines fairground show.  If this is not a Kerlih show then nothing I said matters.
