Check cashed? Any forms come back yet?

I think there are a que of people waiting for word from one of the CIII dealers to start paperwork once the info works itself loose.

I've read the Opinion, and have been told that it does in fact cover the MCL 750.224 in it's entirety, but unfortunately I am one of those that doesn't speak legaleeze.. I can see where it says so, but the wording is too vague! It specifically points out "Machine Guns" which is what was in question. I have been corresponding with the AG's office to get some clarification before I order my TAC16. I was told that I would receive an "official" response letter in about 4-6 weeks and that was 2 weeks ago.

If it's some hokey generic letter I'll hold off until the BATF and local ClassIII dealers have processed a few before I order mine...

I had Sheridan order me a Gemtech a couple days ago.  They're going to send me the paper work so I can get things rolling but I've not received it yet.  That's all the farther I got.

I've got my $200 check, LLC paperwork, Tactical innovations and Great Lakes Arms standing by...I just need my clarification and I'm good to go!
