Grayling has a 1,000 yard range -- not sure how often it is open to the public, but I know it has been in the past.

The Midland County Sportsman's Club has a 600 yard range that I used for the first time last week. They also have 300 and 100 yard ranges.

Lots of good advice here. I'd add to check out the MRPA (Michigan Rifle And Pistol Association) they'll list matches.... any place with a match has got a range...
