Same set of links, but nothing special, just make sure to have the gun and ammo separated in the vehicle, IE, gun in trunk and ammo up front, etc.
Long guns must remain unloaded unless at the range or in the home.

You may be better off just bringing some pistols for your nephew to shoot and take him to one of the indoor ranges. The closest public rifle range that I know of is on the other side of Jackson at Natchez Trace State Park.

Range USA in Bartlett has AR day on Saturdays from 6 to 9. You have to buy their ammo (the kind that fragments easily). But...dont know if they are doing it anymore. You can visit www.rangeusa.com and get the number and call.

Just comfirmed, Range USA DOES has AR15 night every Saturday from 6 to 9. You have to buy their ammo though.
