I'm in Memphis and just acquired an OLD single barrel shotgun presentation piece made with Burled Walnut. I've heard this wood alone is worth way more than I paid for the gun. The gun itself was not really cared for (rust,etc) and is probably not safe to fire, but surprisingly, the wood is in great shape and could be used to accent a different weapon.
Anyone know of someone nearby that might be interested in this fine wood, or might do something with it for one of my guns?
