i recently bought new tires for my Suzuki Boulevard C50, and need to get them put on my bike. any recommendations? i live right across from the U (i'm going to law school).

I would try Wright's at 3474 South State.  

Honda Suziki of SLC is slightly closer to you at 2354 South State, but Wright's doesn't have thedealer atmosphere and I have been treated better there.

If you have the wheels off the bike, South Valley Motorsports mounts and balances for $10 each.
