This may sound kind of dumb, but I really think it's funny (read: frustrating) not being able to find a Vector anywhere around. I stopped into VanWagenen's earlier today, and got a surprise. I found a Vector UF on their rack. ITM receiver, US marked black polymer PG and HG, not sure of other parts. Had an Ultimak rail mounted, as well as original gas tube w/ top HG (black), and a cheapy looking red dot or something. Anyway, I don't have funds right now, but if you do and you'd be interested, it was $550. UF had a little vertical wobble in it, but not bad. I figure that's a pretty good deal on a Vector UF, but I could be wrong. Just thought I'd give a heads up.

Get Some has both wood and polymer underfolds as well as full wood stock Vector AK's, as well as many of the Hk Clones that they make. If you are looking for Vector stuff.

Tight Group has a Vector V51 pistol in stock and I think a milled AK.

Rangemasters in Springville has quite a few underfolders @ $599; I assume they are Vectors but I didn't look closely.
