So, it was just myself, jrucker2004, and SHawkins, but still a fun day (I hope they made it off the mountain, I went a different direction). The pit is in use again, drillers were in there today, so we hit the second spot just down the road.


I drove off the mountain toward Fall Creek, to hunt my way out. Looked promising, as there was a doe and fawn not more than a quarter mile down from where we were shooting, but halfway down, I got behind a lowboy pulling his jake brake down the mountain....oh well. Still a good day.
