ha! $3.20......RAISED YA....(early practice for saturday night)  Seriousley though, I'll bet you could do it for $50 including the transfer if you sold the DPMS FTF in state and purchased a stripped Bushy lower. But, then you'll be looking for a LPK too.

Few years ago I put together a DPMS lower w/a Bushy target upper. Haven't ever had any problems with it.

Got to fondle my new Stag lower last night...
...under a $100 shipped. Was VERY nice. But my FFL didn't have the most recent transfer forms, so I have to wait till next week to pick it up.. So I guess my point is, why pay for a name?
