I don't know you could prevent school shootings with more laws. I think the only thing that would come of something like that would be more failed feel-good legislation.

<sarcasm>Let's see, the threat of being charged for murder didn't stop this shooting, but I'm sure the shooter wouldn't have dared to break a firearms law. New laws should take care of it </sarcasm>

Yeah cause a new law solves the parenting problem. Why is it every time a gun crime occurs we have to have a new gun law to control. Lets make the people in the crime and in paticular the parents more responsible instead of making the rest of us suffer.
