You know, I'd throw my electric blanket on my bed, but then I'd be even more difficult getting to work on time!

Oh, and let's all feel for the furnace-less Nox. He's got two rooms with heaters only right now (you know, the important ones, like the one with the computer and the bed).

I'd move the bed into the computer room and put the other heater in the crapper! Happy Trails

+1.  In my line of work, snow [when its warm enough to snow] means walking in slippery conditions, wearing 10 pounds of garb, driving 10 miles an hour.  Laying in the snow to put on chains, ice, slush, blah blah blah.

I want sunshine!

Screw the sunshine, hate the heat.

I can remember a few times catching the school bus up in Columbia Falls Mt with chains on the rears.  When is the last time you saw that in OR?  Friggin cracks me up here in the burg, we get a half an inch of slush and it shuts this damn town down.  What a joke.

I remember once being dropped off early for Thanksgiving break in Condon after a blizzard started by the time dinner rolled around the roads were closed and my cousin and I were stranded.  My Grandfather had to come rescue us riding his motorcycle on the top of the fence rails!  Of course that was back when I had to walk uphill, in the snow, both ways, bare footed to school.

Nope, I like the snow to go hunting in only.  If I can't be hunting give me sunshine.  I really wish they would invent a remote.

As for the amount of snow I got. Not even half and inch.

What little we did get was just enough to drag them on a sled. THEY had fun and I enjoyed pulling them.

For all of you who like snow so much, come on over - and don't forget to bring your shovels - you can help finish shoveling out my drive .

Been snowing most of the day and here's the report for tomorrow:

Tonight
Tonight, snow likely in the evening, then snow, light freezing rain and light sleet likely overnight. Snow and sleet accumulation around 2 inches. Storm total snow accumulation 4 to 10 inches, with the highest accumulations west of highway 97. Ice accumulation of up to one quarter of an inch. Lows 13 to 19. Light wind. Chance of precipitation 70 percent.

Looks like a fun drive to Prineville in the morning .

Your "snowman" looks kinda creepy. It keeps staring at me. With this weird grin.

STOP STARING YOU MONSTER!

Oh, and those stupid-ass (sorry) motorized "light reindeer" my neighbor has across the street...? I yell at those too. "Don't you shake your head at me! Don't you do that. I'll come over there and unplug you. You wouldn't like that now would you!"

Yes, I live by myself.
