I'm really into shooting and ATVs, although I was readin OR atv laws and noticed it is illegal to carry a loaded firearm while riding an ATV. Am I exempt with a CHL?

Oh and does anyone need a really good salesman in or Around PDX?

basically the way I read it as if the weapon is not concealed, such as a rifle, then it will have to have no shells or magaizines in the weapon. Under state law if you are licensed you are able to carry the concealed weapon on you. You are still bound to all other laws regarding concealed carry.
These are the ordinances i looked at

166.240     Carrying of concealed weapons
166.250     Unlawful possession of firearms
166.260     Persons not affected by ORS 166.250

Shouldn't be. Most are the same.

Just be prepared for the freakshow if you are moving to Portland.
