I have a couple 30rd mags from my cousin who served in the army a long time ago. That illegal for me to use these mags?

Btw, do you guys oil your mag wells?

Do they have LEO/Military Use Only marked on them?  If not, then they are probably OK.  Otherwise, if you're really concerned, you can send them to me for, um, proper disposal, yeah, that's the ticket.

I have a fair amount of CLP in my ARs, but I don't really oil the magwell on purpose, it just sort of happens.

if they are old, you should be good to go.

as long as they don't have nay markings.  If they do, i know a guy who will buy the ilegal post ban LE mags from you.

i have plenty that were still in my LBE when I got out of the army.  they still work fine.

ok - so that is a problem.

those marked ones are illegal for you to posess.

not that the ATF cares to prosecute somethign lame like that but they are illegal to posess since you are not in the military or LE.
