Anybody else gotten one of these recently? I was thinking about saying something like, "sure, it's all yours for (2 or 5x actual value)", but don't want to engage with a scammer.

I've heard that housing is tight. A little disturbing they were able to put my address and cell phone numbers together, but I guess everything is for sale these days.

I got one, only a bit different.

My phone # and my dads name and one of his homes. With LLC’s being what they are here in Florida and our ties with them and homes, I’m not sure how that one happened. I haven’t lived at home in 40 years. We don’t even have a house phone, so no confusion there. Also, we live an hour apart.

Like all unsolicited contacts - I ignored it.

Got one a few weeks ago but an actual phone call. Told him 1m. It was a short conversation. Lol

I got one for our place in Ellijay. I simply replied that I do still own it and plan on keeping it for awhile. I figured it was a realtor just fishing for prop to sell.

Message was 470 area code. Don't know how they got my cell #. But I'm not hard to find.

Yes, both my sister and I have gotten them. I just block their number.

I've been getting both phone calls and text messages.
SW Fl real estate is booming. I just hope it holds out for another 2 years. Am planning to put the sunshine state in my rear view. We're looking to the N Ga mountains.

I’ve had actual agents reach out a few times in the last 6-8 months (at least they said their name and what sounded like a local real estate agency remax or whatever) but no texts.

I get them all the time for some of my dads properties, being a Jr. sucks sometimes. He passed in January, I guess the investors scour probate court records for things like that. They put out a search for his name and mine pops up along with a phone number, I get calls on my cell and my business line. I have blocked most of them on my cell but can't block on my business line, pisses me off as bad as telemarketers wasting my time.

texts and phone calls. last phone call, they ask would i sell i say well.. yep, 500k, they then ask will be you be willing to bargain.. i say well.. yes. i might take 600k. that usually ends the conversation.

Never had phone calls or texts, but have gotten lots of e-mails about this. I just delete them.

I’ve had 2 calls in the past week from agents. Apparently they were looking at a few houses in the neighborhood that a “client” was interested in.

Just put ours on the market and had a contract on day 1, within an hour.

Now if only some of yall will quit being so greedy and sell us your home.

Do what I'm doing and build a custom steel house. Like a barndominium except for adults.

I got a couple texts like that they wanted me to listen to a 10 minute speech without telling me a price. I blocked them. I also get guys wanting to lease my house. No thanks

In a couple counties around Augusta, there are literally more realtors than houses available.

My thing is that I am ready to sell. but not for 50% of market price. I have never had one even come close to a realistic offer.
