 Things seem to be on track here. I've been bitching about ARFCOM getting a mobile app for a long time - or at least switch to something that will run on Tapatalk. The meetups seem to be picking up. I'm on a hiatus until CWSE. |

I'd like to see more meetups (meaning I'll have to organize one or a regular one). I love driving to Emu's place, but would also like some from friends closer.
Whos in Newnan/Peachtree city and would be down for a monthly beer/wings/pizza type of deal? |

This place is hopping compared to where I came from. Sadly, the OKhtf is where crickets go to die.
I don't really have any good suggestions other than more shoots (hopefully when ammo prices balance out). We're pretty limited to distance traveled at the moment but if we can source a more reliable vehicle that will change. I have no idea what you guys do for fun around here. |

Didn't there used to be a GA specific EE linked to the HTF? I understand the no sales restriction in the forums as an Industry partner......but I have lots of stuff I'd offer to guys in the HTF that I don't feel like packing and shipping if it were in the forum wide HTF. I know I CAN post stuff for sale as paid advertiser, but I don't as it might lead new folks to do the same and get their pee pee slapped

How about a section where people recommend restaurants, bars or anything entertainment related in their areas. Places they have been to and can personally recommend to others who may be visiting that area? |

During the current ammo/reloading shortages, maybe a tacked thread of local deals? Most of the big online retailers are hit by bots so they are no bueno, but local shops typically don’t ship so they are a safer bet for in stock items.
Organized group meetups, obviously. Perhaps some targeted for learning tips and tricks for reloading/precision shooting and pistol techniques. |

A swap meet combined with a shoot seems like a good idea. People hang around a shoot most of the day(ie Red Hill), in my experience, compared to a casual swap meet only, where they arrive empty handed, look once & leave.
I'm here for the local culture. Hard to meet like minded people otherwise. Hanging around MadMachinist does have it's networking perks! |

As far as I'm concerned, a swap meet / shoot is an ideal combination. Anyone who cares to organize such a thing at the Angry Emu Range has my blessing, as well as my deepest encouragement. The Angry Emu Range is a place built by, and for, the GA HTF. SouthernCross and I discussed it as he stated, several posts above. As far as I'm concerned, the range is underutilized currently. Anyone who wants to organize any sort of shoot / etc., need only contact me so I can say YES! I'm all about this place being the HTF's Shooting Mecca. I would hope that all of you would consider this to be your home away from home, and a spot that considers the 2A to be an involite right, to be exercised here as often as you can afford!
 Looking forward to many more 2 guns, and as many more other Shoots as we can organize!!! Simply IM me to get the ball rolling!
