It has been a while since I needed a barrel threaded. I have a Ruger Mark II that i need threaded and sight moved back. Last one i had done was Accurate Ordinance and it was PERFECT. But last time i called them they said they were not doing it any more. I have also shipped things to ADCO years ago. Anyone Local that does really good quality work?

Go with ADCO. It'll be done right.

Jason, from AO, has the lathe set up in his garage and is taking work. I'm going to drop off a barrel tomorrow. I'll ask for you.

Brannon at Moss Firearms has done a couple for me. He’s a really talented gun smith.

Thanks for the tips guys. My wife desided she likes the 22/45 better and it already has a paclite threaded upper. So we are good for now. But we will need the Mark III threaded at some point soon. Thanks.

As noted, Jason from AO has the HAAS lathe they had at AO so he's still doing machine work just from his home.

Sounds like you might already have contact info for him but I think a number of us have his phone contact
