I am planning to go to the Clayton area weekend after next (2nd weekend in Aug) trout fishing, I need intel on the river situation (flooded/normal),specifically the Three Forks area.

Any help is much appreciated,

I wasn't at three forks, but I fished the Chatooga about 3 weeks ago after we had a week of rain. I thought it would have been muddy, but it was quite clear, just moving very fast. Lots of fish in there too.
