+1 for a cocktail party. I need it.
+1 for GA-Dawg's avatar which I absolutely LOVE. 
-1 for organized sports. I couldn't give a shit about college or pro sports. Heck, I went to GA State. Not much to cheer about there. LOL. I'd rather be outside hiking than on a couch somewhere watching a TV. But, I know I am in the minority there. So, be kind. 
Go Braves! Aren't they in the Super Bowl this year? 
For the record I actually went to the GA-FL game once a LONG time ago. Got hooked up with a girl who turned out to be a biter with a bad gag reflex and I later got sick on stale keg beer. And I really liked those shoes too. Overall not a bad weekend.

Pray for me fella's. I went to Clemson so I have no dog in this fight but the GF is going to UGA and just graduated from UF. She wants to go out to watch the game in Athens so she can cheer for her team.

I hate pro sports (I refuse to feed the thug machine) but I do like the occasional college game. And having a wife that hails from Gainesville makes it an interesting day at least.
But jeers to the scheduling genius that decided that today would be a good day for a mega drunk-fest! 
It's HALLOWEEN, dammit! Hereabouts, GA/FL gameday is probably just behind New Years Eve as the DUI turkeyshoot of the year. And the roads are going to be loaded with kids as the festivities wind down. Everyone be extra-careful! I got a bad, bad feelin' about this...

What a game what a game. I sat 8 rows back from the goal line and only paid face value. Tons of fans. Assholes on both sides. What old drunk men act like they could play better than the players or coach better than the coaches. All in all a good trip.
