you can buy one at wal-mart! I highly recommend the .45 instead of .50 much better ballistic coefficient and longer range.

Scopes are NOT legal during "Primitive Weapons" week unless that changed this year. Otherwise during rifle season have at it.

So, is Page 7 of the Hunting Regulations including "Primitive Weapons Week" or not? I do know that I was at the range yesterday, and a guy was there sighting in his scoped muzzleloader. He acted as if scoping a muzzleloader was something new in GA.

Page 7 is the definition of what is a legal primitive weapon. Yes its legal. The law was changed last year. |

Yes, legal during primitive weapons season as of last year. Scopes are also legal on crossbows.

yes I always thought it funny an inline ignition, 204 primered, pellet powder, magnum load, jacketed hollow point, rifled barrel, accurate to beyond 200 yards, and now scoped weapon was considered primitive. Oh the irony |

I was sighting my muzzleloader in last night with irons.....I will take a scope any day! IRONS SUCK!
