i did mine in microsoft willmaker. there is no annual fee.

It's very easy. No annual fee.

Willmaker sells on Ebay for around $15 shipped. I got mine from a guy in Macon. Took all of 15 minutes. Two cans approved going this route, so no problems either. It's self explanatory too, but seems too easy to be true, but it really is that easy.
