I have been watching the rock marathon on spike, Never really noticed it untill today, and I was wondering if anyone else noticed this.
There are several time that the marines, and the marines hymn, and eagle globe and anchors show up in the series and its only up to III.
A couple of distinct things that stand out to me were this. In the first one, I cant remember what scene. I think when rocky is coming in to fight apollo, the background music is the marines Hymn slowed down wtih some other music mixed in. And in the beginning of the second when they are in the fancy gym that Rocky rented to prep fo the fight. Theres a huge painting of rocky wearing the belt...And the belt is actually the eagle globe and anchor. Also when he fights Mr T the second time, the marine color guard escorts him to the ring......We'll see what else shows up....
