Anyone know anything about these? How much? Do Hogs die from getting shot by them?

Hey thank you for the quick reply and good information. So the FAL mags are good for FALs just not AR type rifles. " Aint no good "

I would personally look into the DPMS or AR10 offerings before the Bushmaster or Rock River. What are you looking for? If a precision rifle, then I'd opt for the DPMS as they have proven to be very accurate straight from the box. If looking for a battle rifle, or something along those lines-then I'd go with the Armalite, as it's chrome lined.

The Bushmaster and RRA are nice rifles and I really like the ambidextrous layout but the whole breaking bolts issue steers me away from them. Supposedly RRA has fixed this, but I would wait awhile until the jury is out on the new rifles.

Save yourself the pain and money and get an M1A...

Do you really need all of those useless rails to hang unnecessary junk off of your rifle?

Buy a FAL, then you'll realize why 70 countries chose it for their main battle rifle.

Only because they can't afford anything better!

I was excited when I heard RRA was coming out with an AR10, but it was a let down to know that they had designed the BAR10 for Bushmaster, and they were now going to produce them.

I'd hoped to see something using G3 mags, since they are plentiful.

I had an AR10T, and it was as accurate as my current Hart built Rem. 700, and more so than any other rifle I've shot. I'd buy another if Armalite would come out with the redesigned mag.

The modded M14 mags are o.k., but  just not good enough. some guys have had no problems, but too many have for me to have confidence in the system. sporadic problems, on top of paying $40-50 per mag isn't good enough.

Given currently available rifles, I'd go with a DPMS with the new A3 type upper. The original AR10/SR25/DPMS mag is good to go, and I haven't heard anyone complain of problems using that combination
