I took my stainless, enhanced Delta Elite in there (David's Gunroom) on a recomendation to have a new trigger and ejector installed, and have new medallions mounted in a set of Navidrex grips. The ejector and trigger were installed fine, but Rusty mangled the new grips. Looked like he used a dull end mill on them which chipped them up badly, and epoxied the medallions into them off center, off angle and not flush, with hardened epoxy squeezed up around and over the medallions. When I complained, the owner of the shop (David I guess) had the nerve to try and tell me all Colt pistols coming from the factory looked like that. He was a real piece of work. I had to argue with this jerk for a half an hour, making him pull out a new Colt as an example, before he offered to buy them for $20 (I paid $50 for them). Basicly I ate the cost of a set of Navidrex grips and medallions.
