Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Sig 230 and 32 ACP help

A friend of mine and I went to the range today and her Sig 230 was having problems digesting the Gold Dot hollowpoints she brought.  They kept going nose up into the chamber.  Does anybody have any recommendations as far as FMJ ammo goes and an online source for it?

My P230 is a .380.  Didn't know they came in .32 ACP also.

Mine has never had a problem with any ammo, including all sorts of hollow points.

Is this happening with all rounds in all mags he tries?  Kind of sounds like a mag issue to me.

She only had 2 mags and the problems may have been isolated to one of them.  It was doing the same thing my Kel-Tec Sub2000 did before I polished the chamber a bit.  I'll see if I can spend some more time with it to see what's going on.  BTW, she is considering trading it in on a Glock after shooting my 21.  She was more accurate with my Glock than she was with her Sig.
