 GA Precision sells stripped Mega lowers. The Gun Shop off Britt Road in Norcross (?) sells stripped RRA lowers. Their number is (770) 908-2425 and address is 4771 Britt Rd NW, Norcross. So, what are ya buildin'?  Hope this helps. |

Bernie's in Lilburn had a Bushy stripped lower a long time ago. I don't think it's a regular stocking item for them.
If I was gonna buy a Bushy stripped lower (which I am in about two weeks for a "very special project"  ), I'd buy it from Eagle Firearms and have one of the local guys do the transfer for ya. In Newnan we have GAcop (Mark). He's a great guy and can help ya out. Around this side of town we have zzxx99 (Allen). Another great guy who just recently got his FFL established. Stripped Colt lowers? Never seen one around here. Might want to drop Bradd_D an IM. I believe he found one somewhere a few months back. Why a Bushy or Colt? Just curious. Is the rear shelf in the RRA a problem for ya? Also, where ya located? There are some other good FFLs around town for transfers. |

What are you referring to about a rear shelf in an RRA? Are they built up so an DIAS won't work? I haven't looked that close at mine. I might be keeping my PWA lower after all.

RRA lowers have a slightly tighter and higher shelf. Some Bushmaster uppers haven't mated well with the RRA, I've never experienced any problems associated with this though, but I don't have any BM uppers. Colt, LMT, Fulton Armory, RRA(of course), and FN have no issues with the RRA lower, they fit nice and tight and that's good, tight that is.

The reason I would want a Bushmaster or a Colt is both hold their value better.
