How many of you guys have one of these?

I bought one, today. It is an Underwood with a Blue Sky stamp. I know that the Blue Sky import makes it less valuable, but it seems like a nice rifle for the $300 that I paid for it. It is also kind of cool knowing that my grandfather or one of yours might have shot this rifle in WWII.

I am interested in hearing what kinds of M1 Carbines are in the possesion of  the Georgia Gang (or any other ARFCOMMERS)?

One Winchester,
Formerly an IBM (big mistake selling it!)
One Import marked Inland in an originalA1 folding stock.
Formerly a Universal (The first one I had).
These are great fun to shoot. They were the low recoil hi capacity blasters
of the 60's and 70's before AR 180's came along and AR 15's droped in price.
Robert.

I have a Mutt . I bought all the parts to build mine.  I have a Brand new Non chromed  Herlo ( goverment contract ) barrel. Trigger group from a M2 with M2 mag ketch. Milled rear sight housen., Brand new Italian M1 carbine stock... Don't know what kinda wood it is. But is new . I bought a SA INc. reciver NIB. I questioned  a very good well know Gunsmith  and told me the SA Inc  reciever was very well made and as good as an original.  I sent it off and had it barreled and headspaced. Its a sweet shooting rifle. Mines really accurate for what it is....... I need to get it out more. WarDawg

I got one about 5 years ago. Awesome rifles I love them. Mine is a WWII Saginaw General Motors Corp rifle. Mostly Original  and I got a replica paratrooper stock about a year ago to go with it. Gotta love those paratrooper folding stocks
