Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Range info - Camp Shooters in Chatsworth???

I may be moving from Columbus to Dalton and am looking for a place to shoot, indoor and/or outdoor.  I saw Camp Shooters on the list and wondered if anyone has been there or know of any other ranges near Dalton.

IIRC, John's Mountain Wildlife Management Area has a public range up there.  Its just outside and to the west of Calhoun up I-75.  Its owned by the state, and its nice.  The range is outdoors, 100 yards long, with covered shooting area that has 6 benches on one side and a long "table" on the other.  The address and directions are listed in the Georgia Hunting Regulations booklet.
