From my understanding the word "Dealing" is a fuzzy term.  With a personal collection of that size he was probably buying and selling dozens of guns a year.

This kind of stuff along with the parts kit seizures seems to be the new hair up the alphabet boys collective ass.  It all smacks of a bad case of, "if we can't get more restrictive laws passed we'll just reinterpret existing laws to our liking".

Seems to me they can't have this both ways.  Either they start handing out FFL's again to anybody with a clean record that wants one and applies or they need to stop breaking shoes over people that sell to enhance their collections.
