$10 and 10 minutes of your time.  I don't glue mine together.  That allows me to fold the stand up and put it behind the backseat of my truck.  I throw the stand and wood strips behind my seat and leave them there.

I've seen his stand, and I'm in the process of building one.  Its good stuff; about the simplest, easiest to obtain/build stand I've seen.

Great idea. I saw someone using this same stand recently and am going to build one this week.   I think I'll try slipping a couple of pieces of rebar into the bottom to keep it from blowing over.
