WOW! Did I read you right? YOU are going to attend a GROUP SHOOT? I must be trashed.
 Next shoot try out my Bushnell. Don't buy til you try. Trust me. My scope is on the low cost end, but okay for up to 100 yards. Beyond that, you'll want more glass. You ever gonna hunt with it? I mean for elk at 200-300 yards? |

Bookhound, if you don't remember me honoring you guys with my presence before at a group shoot then you must be pretty hammered.
I won't be hunting anything other than paper at CE and I don't shoot that well (as those of you who aren't hammered my remember) so I imagine 200-300 yards is not in my future. I take it from your try before you buy comment that you would not recomend the Bushnell? I heard similar things about the Bushnell and was told the Winchester at cheaper than dirt for $95 was a good choice. Any thoughts from the few sober people on the board? If I'm unable to attend the next shoot, I will send my personal stunt double. Scot Edited to add: Anyone want to shoot pistols this week at American Classic on Peachtree Industrial? |

I'm sober and have a cheap ass Bushnell. It's cheap and it works for 100 yard and that's the limit. Did I say I was sober?

Yep, I meant the scope is great up to 100 yards. Beyond that there are better choices.
No can do on the pistols this week. However, keep me in mind for the next time. Mark |

I bought the bushnell 18-36x50 at Bass Pro for $100 on sale. Works great out to 100. Cheap. Worth the money over the even cheaper $69-$79 models. I guess you could use shoot n see's with the scope beyond 100 as well. Suits my needs.

I like my Kowa TSN-821A Scope. It has a 82mm objective with a 27x long eye relief eyepiece. www.kowascope.com/pro/spotting/820m/top.htm Hope that help. |
