Hey guys Ive been trying to fing a link to there website. The one up aound locust grove. Im in Forsyth and was wanting to check out some 3 gun.Can a non member shoot in matches?? I know I should join but want to check it out before hand. Im a member in a Macon gun range. No real matches there just guys punching paper. Thats Me  :) . Thanks WarDawg

 If I rc, The South River Gun Club is in DeKalb County.
The gun club near Locust Grove is The Griffin Gun Club.I don't think they have a web site,but here is there phone number:

To get there,get off I 75 north at locust Grove,turn right.At the next light,go right again.follow that road until it comes to a stop sign (at Griffin Rd)then go right again.The gun club is several miles out Griffin Road (after you cross back over I 75)on the right on Amelia Rd.


If you come up,IM or call me at 770-954-0301 and drop by to say Hi.I'm more or less on the way to the range if you get off I 75 at Locust Grove.

The club is on hwy 212, between ga 20 and ga 81.  Its closer to Conyers than anywhere else.

Non-members of USPSA and South River Gun Club can shoot the matches, for $20.

Cool Springs Gun Club has a "tactical" match on I believe the 2nd sunday each month.  They usually have a long gun stage, and sometimes a 3-gun match.  They are located in Roberta.  I don't have contact info for the guy who's runing that program right now though.  Here's the IPSC link, for directions, if your interested.

Thanks guys. I thought Cool Springs was pistol only??? I went to there site and only saw pistol info. Any of you guys shoot 3 gun.I never did it. But looks and sounds fun.WarDawg

Normally Cool Springs is a pistol/ shotgun only club, however they went to the BOD and got a "match only" exemption for some matches.
