I got a demo how to properly mix Tannerite.  The teacher was the owner of

www.armthepopulace.com
 a long-time Tannerite customer.

Pour out approximately 1/2" to 3/4" of the white component into a spare container.  Now there is a small airspace at the top of the bottle.

Using a dining (not measurement) tablespoon, add a high-rounded spoonful of the grey component to the bottle.  It is easiest to do half a spoonful at a time, due to the small top on the bottle.

Cap and shake the mix until it is 100% uniform grey.  Any visible white or off-white streaks is not acceptable, ignition can't be counted on.  Substantial (2-5 minutes) shake time was needed to achieve this.

Dunno how you guys would transfer the successful mix to smaller containers.  Due to the need for a severe impact to set it off, my ---guess--- is it's safe to cut off the top of the bottle to pour into film cans.

Also, when properly mixed a .308 is enough to set off Tannerite.

Hope this helps.

Actually the preferred method is to dump the "shampoo bottle" into a gallon zip lock bag and add the sensitizer. Then shake the bag. Use the enclosed funnel to fill the shampoo bottle or whatever else you want. Hell, twist it all into one corner of the gallon bag and tape it to something. You don't need the bottles.
