I replied in the original thread. Just have a physical paper copy of your stamp as NC Wildlife officers can get picky (so I have heard) and don't like photos on the phone. Otherwise, as long as you aren't showing your arse, NC Highway Patrol, cops and local deputies in this part of the state are cool.
