I'm going to be in Asheboro about a month from now.

Can anyone recommend a good beer and a burger place? Other than the usual commercial crap?

The Flying Pig in downtown Asheboro has great food and cold beer. It's the go to hangout for locals of all ages. Run by a great bunch of folks that I went to HS with.
