For commercial stuff, there's Flatwoods Outfitters. Max 200 meters with 4 firing points. Multiple 100 yard benched positions.
There's a new NC Wildlife range on the western side of Holly Shelter Game Lands on Hwy 210 (NOT the Hwy 210 on the South end of Lejeune). There's a thread about it here in the NC Hometown section.
And of course you can Google indoor ranges for J'ville.
Now, since you mention Highpower. . .
For Highpower competition there's some stuff right at Lejeune's Stone Bay rifle range. Right now mostly 600 and 1000 yard prone stuff.

Up the road, Camp Butner, just north of Raleigh, is the "main" Highpower range for NC with XTC, Mid-Range, and Long Range matches. These include large matches such as the Eastern Creedmoor Cup and the Sinclair Intl. Fullbore championship.

For other local match flavors:
Ant Hill Range to the south, near Southport, NC holds Steel Challenge, USPSA, IDPA and ,every month with a fifth Sunday, 3-gun matches.

Buccaneer Gun Club in Leland, NC also holds matches. IIRC, they have a 400 yard rifle range, but no highpower matches, mostly similar to Ant Hill

There's some other places for Highpower Matches, but those are past Raleigh and are one day, 100 yard (maybe one is a 200?) reduced course matches at Sir Walter Raleigh Gun Club and Durham Rifle and pistol. You can look 'em up, but that seems too far to go for a 1 day match.
