Anyone in north Raleigh that has the tools (barrel wrench, vice, receiver block) and would be willing to have me over to change out a quad rail?  I moved from a house into an apartment and don't have the room to set up my workstation.  I need to take off a Midwest Industries rail and put on a BCM KMR13.  I'll pay in beer!  Thanks in advance.

BTW.  Anyone have any recommendations on where to get a barrel cut down in the Triangle?
