Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Any 7.62x54R surplus ammo ?

Can anyone advise of any local places to buy some 7.62x54R surplus ammo.I was wondering about the Cabbarus,Stanly,Rowan,Union counties area.Thanks for any help.If any one has ordered it off the net when it was shipped to you,did someone have to sign for it or can it be left at your residence?

I've had it delivered and you will have to have someone sign for it.  However on a couple of occasions I called UPS with the Tracking Number and had the package held off the truck, then just drove over after work and picked it up.  Note also it only has to be an adult signature not the name on the box.
