I ordered and recieved F 5310.16 (F7CR) - Application for License (Collector of Curios and Relics) Under 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44, Firearms

Is there another form I need to get for the CLEO now?

Guessing you mean for the copy to give to the CLEO. I just make a copy of both sides of the app. and give them to the Sheriffs office. If you are referring to something else, please excuse my ignorance.

edit: This is based on my renewal this month and my original 3 years ago. I have seen nothing about another form for a C&R.

Thanks, that's the answer I was looking for.

If you just ogt the packet, the second sheet in the pack should be the one that goes to the Sheriff. It'll say "Cpoy 2 for CLEO" at the bottom. Also, dont forget you have to send a ATF F 5330.20 form (citizenship certification) in also

The citizenship form has been incorporated into the application, #10 on the form.
