Here's a link to a post in General about Operation Thank you.
This months group is out of the southern states with a lot from South Carolina.
These men and women are out there disarming IED's and land mines.

I've already been to Wal-Mart today and picked up a good bit of stuff to send.

It's time to do something besides put a ribbon on your car to show support.
Let's do something that will have an effect!

Here's the link to the post in GD
Operation Thank You

It has a link to the web page with all the info for what to send and how to send it.

Let's all dig deep and find something to send these guys and let them know home is thinking about them.
My challenge to all other NC/SC arfcommers is to step up and send something to these men and women and let them know we REALLY support them!

Hey U352 think we could tack this for a while?

O.K.

This is a different angle on the subject, but I think it's the thought that counts...

A female worker of ours has a marine boyfriend who's stationed in Jacksonville.

He's getting sent to Iraq on Monday.

Therefore I gave her Thurs, Fri and Sat off and I hope they're enjoying the long weekend.

I had a hard time convincing everybody else to pull 12 h shifts to make up for it,

This is my way of "supporting the troops" ...

John
