Is it even a possibility to get the Sherriff of Wake County to sign off on an SBR?

Sherriff Harrison may do it, I've heard he's signed off on some C3s. No personal experience though.
Baker was known for not signimg off, but he was always a good decent guy as is Sherriff Harrison. I'd say it's worth a try.
