Title says it all.  After 4 of the longest and most difficult years of my military career, I arrived in Camden, SC yesterday.  (Green_Ammo_223 and our lil' Monkey got here last week for school)

Currently, we're holed up in a hotel because the mortgage company has taken their own sweet time with their end of the paperwork, but we should be closing on our new house tomorrow....Friday at the latest.  TMO said they could have our household goods delivered within 3 days of closing, so we should be back to normal within the next 2 weeks.

For the Great BBQ and Paintball Shoot, we still haven't got a hard date set--we still don't know if we'll be able to shoot on our land or where the closest range is if we can't--but it's coming, and it's coming soon!!!!  



Thanks again to all the Carolina Hometown members who have made us feel so welcome--this is our first PCS in a long time that we've been really excited about!

kinda hard to log on when the 'puter is packed.     (on a more serious note, we are looking at a $500 cell phone bill due to the roaming charges)

Just in case y'all see something on the news.....we've probably got the most heavily fortified hotel room in the country!  20+ assorted firearms--long guns, and pistols....8000 rds of assorted ammo (only 500 or so for the .22)
