Hello Everyone:
Some of you will have observed that July 12 is the date of the regular monthly IDPA match. Well, on the off chance that you folks aren't getting enough shooting in, we've lined up an entire day for you. The monthly IDPA match will be at 9:00 AM. Then we're going to have an informal trapshoot for the pistol shooters starting at about 2:00 PM. Nonmembers will get to shoot at member rates for the day ($3.50 for 25 birds), and shells will be available at $4.50 a box (or you can bring your own). You can bring your own shotgun (just about anything from a single shot up will do) and we will have a few extra guns around for those of you that haven't yet tried the sport. There will be enough knowledgeable folks around to teach you everything you need to know. Clay birds are the best reactive targets short of high explosives, so it should be a fun afternoon. After the trapshoot, we'll have the PPC match, including the revolver championship, starting at 5:00 PM. $12 nonmember $4 member.
