Cross posting from GD. I am in need of a car repair shop recommendation in Blue Springs, MO.  It seems the oil in our Toyota Sienna decided to relocate to the outside of the vehicle.  We are safe and have lodging arranged with family in the area, but said family drives late model Chevys and Fords and takes them to their respective dealers.

Any recommendations you can provide for reputable independent repair shops will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

One of our members owns a shop in Raytown. The name and his username escape me at the moment. @dovergunner can probably remember.

Think Adams Toyota in Lee’s Summit will be the closest Toyota dealer.

I’m not sure of who I’d go to in Blue Springs.

I am a owner at Raytown Repair and was a Toyota master tech for 25 years and have another 23 year Toyota master tech on staff. Best hope for it is you blew out an oil cooler line, and you caught it quickly. If you put hole in the block the cheapest option will be a used engine. Give the shop a call tomorrow and talk to my service writer Ethan and we can get you set up.
