I can ship a gun from a MO resident (me) to another MO resident (buyer) right? It's been so long since I looked at that.

Any help is appreciated.

It's almost surprising that it's legal to mail a gun to another resident of your own state, but it is absolutely legal under federal law. And Missouri law is silent, so yeah, it's cool . . .

A couple of things to remember, though:

Non-FFLs can't MAIL handguns through the USPS. The USPS only accepts long guns from unlicensed persons.

Handguns have to go by UPS/FedEx. Both require you to go next-day Air (ask for the Super Saver rate). They may or may not let you ship to a non-FFL. They may or may not ask. You are required to tell them you're shipping a gun, however . . . . And yeah, it's unlikely UPS is actually going to put your in-state shipment on an airplane, but I bet they'll charge you like they are. Be prepared to pay a stupid high price.
