Easy in and out. Left with a “gift from the sheriff” lol. Anyone else’s sheriffs do this?

I renewed my permit last week. Gave the deputy my drivers license, old CCW permit and $50.00 check. Stepped in to sheriffs office to shoot the breeze with him and 10 minutes later got my drivers license and new CCW permit. Easy peasy. No cup though.

I renewed mine a month or so ago.
Most pain in tbe but part was our SD only takes MO, no checks, cash or cc. Took about 5 mins, no cool mug though.. |

This is the second mug I have on the shelf now. Mine had a gun lock in it each time.

I mail my fingerprints and a check to Florida, and they send me a permit. No mug.

We have a new Sheriff in Ozark County + almost a whole new department as everyone else quit.
I'm still good for another couple years on my CCW. |
