The price of gasoline has increased every week since Jan 20. Wonder what the cause of this is?

Didn't Biden shut down a pipeline?

Demon-crats wanting to shut down fossil fuels. Oil producing states having to fight the Marxist administration that is in the Whitehouse to preserve their livelihood. Anytime the government gets involved in private industry it is a complete screw-up for everyone...except those on the inside that can profit.
I still have a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that anyone could have voted for the present administration. COMPLETE IGNORANCE to the consequences of voting Demon-crat. Not that the Republicans have clean hands but when Trump was in office he got things done for this nation that benefitted the working man. It's just that too many lazy Americans want big government to support them.

It was the total hatred for one single person that allowed the idiot to get into the White House. And we will all pay for it.

I've got some friends of friends, and late last they bought a used RV as their retirement gift to each other. I know it's gas, and from the pics looks fairly big,, maybe 20ft? Anyways, they're old hippy type folk, they didn't really ever grasp life,,, you know the type of adults you had to explain to them that nuthins ftee? Well, they had themselves convinced that Blow Jiden was the answer,, they were worried about keeping their free Obamacare. We warned them several times, their new toy will be parked due to gas prices within 6 months, if their boy gets in. I haven't seen em since, but by the time it gets warm, I'll be asking about the new toy. Hell, we're already up $0.30 and haven't got started yet, even that 30 cents will add up to a lot when you're buying probably hundreds of gallons in that gas guzzler.

$0.30?  Hell, it's more than that.  Before Joe and the Hoe got in, diesel was $1.89 here.  I last filled up at $2.45.  That's $0.56/gal of diesel, or a 30% increase.

On November 3, 2020, election day, regular gas in Stockton, MO where I live was $1.69. I just drove by the same station and the current price is $2.39. That's about a 40% increase.

Last summer for one week we had a gas war in our town and gas went to 89 cents a gallon. It was always way below $2 a gallon...it is now but a memory thanks to the idiots and cheaters who put Biden in as president.

It's pretty simple:

Republicans make money in gas/oil

Democrats make money in solar/wind (and money from China)

Our state legislature is increasing the gas tax right now.

Don't worry, if you keep all your receipts you can get those taxes back. Just have to, you know, keep every receipt for the year.

You know how many people leave their receipts at the pump?  Don't forget to grab those.

Kidding of course.

It was 2.699 for 87 earlier this week.  I got rid of my f150 because of an upcoming divorce and wanted to shed the payment, but now that I'm getting 13 mpg more with my Passat, I'm even happier.
