Hi,

Check out gunbrokers, I bought some complete Colt lowers off a dealer.  Brownells is running a sale of their polymer complete lowers.

Osage County Guns in Wright City has a couple rifle and pistol built lowers. Better not sleep on it though, things are going fast!
You can order on their site, and set shipping as Pickup, so you can drive out and fill out paperwork.
