Correct me if I am wrong- new to the state.

What I have read and understand is this: CCW is restricted at certain locations, but it is not a criminal offense to actually carry there, unless I am asked to leave and refuse.

Example, I go to a movie theatre. Said movie theatre has a “No CCW” sign. Is it a criminal offense to carry? Constitutional Carry.

Concealed is concealed?

I just tagged you in another thread that explains it.
It's a little more complicated than that, especially without a permit.

In posted locations......

If you don't have a permit, then yes it's illegal.....sort of

But if you do have a permit, then it's trespassing if you get made and don't leave when asked.  Then with the other 12 "off limit" places it's a little fuzzy whether or not they're truly "prohibited".  No one has really tested the law yet.

The only definitive no-go's are federal buildings and other federally controlled gun-free zones which are going to be the same for every state.
