He works a regular job so leave him a message or call in the evenings. Good dude, runs a "kitchen table" FFL and charges $20 no matter how many on the form. (He might have started charging $20+$5 but you'll just have to talk to him) he's really convenient because he'll do transfers after most gun shops are closed. Located on 92 east of Smithville. |

Thank you all for the responses so far, it’s been a big help.
I was planning on going shooting tomorrow, but with all the rain I may not. If I don’t me & the boy are going to check out James Country Mercantile. I’ve been meaning to stop in there anyway, if I had known that they were an FFL I probably would have by now. If @ak4784 is floating around, I’d rather do business with a member than a non member. Does he have a shop or is he a table top? |

He is a table top ffl. Great guy and easy to work with. I just picked up my project 03A3 from him and he's had it over a month. And Ya he's in Kearney

Ok, I live in Richmond, hi neighbor. Anyway, I use MOTAC Arms in Rayville, just off U, more towards the Wood Heights area. He is an SOT as well, really nice guy. I am sure there are some in ES too. I think the pawn shop on 10 in ES will do some transfers, but I don't think they like Bud's, not sure how much they charge.
If you ever need a decent range, there is a very reasonable private range in Higginsville. |

I've worked with the guy who owns the pawn shop in town. Buying stuff he has in stock is quick & easy, but I can never get a straight answer out of him when it comes to transfer prices. But yeah, it strikes me that he is not a fan of Buds. |
