Conservation day at the Capitol is tomorrow. Im driving down,  BHA is going to have a booth down there and a pint night afterwards with CFM.

My questions.

1)  Firearms are only allowed if you have a permit correct?

2) Are backpacks allowed?

Correct, firearms are allowed as long as you have a permit and they are concealed.

Backpacks are also allowed, but are subject to search.
